Yes, all our rods equipped with a 12 V motor are designed to be used with a car battery but their efficiency is decreased by a 40% when used with gas or petrol engine, or a convertor, hence it is not recommended.
All our models equipped with a 24V motor need currency between 24 and 30V(10amps), while the models equipped with 12V motors need a currency form 12Vto 20V(12-18amps).
in case the gas engine has a speed regulator controller of 12 scales, then all rods can be used regardless of their motor type at 12V/24V.V /24V
When the speed regulator controller has 6 scales, then the 12Vrods need to be in the 1-3 scale and the 24V should be at 4-6.
If the speed regulator has 12 scales, then the 12V motor rods are to be between 1-6 scales, while the 24 V are at the levels 7-12.
All the spare parts they we use are the elastics shaped into Y40, Y50 and the carbon fiber sticks lying on the head of each rod. Those parts are naturally worn but the frequency depends on the use. The changing is easy, takes little time and does not require special equipment.
When you have a lance with a carbon fiber head and want to convert it to a MAD 4x4 head, the only thing you need to do is place the special MAD disc between the existing carbon fiber balls, between the inner ball rubber and the outer one, while simultaneously cutting the small protrusions on the ball with a utility knife to make it smooth. For the lance with a 24V motor, add the special MAD reducer triangle for more rotations. For lances with a 12V motor, changing the triangle is not necessary.
Yes, it can easily be transformed to any other type by changing the plastic coverage.
CAN A PRODUCER COMBINE ONE OF OUR RODS WITH ONE OF ANOTHER MANUFACTURER AND HAVE THEM WORK TOGETHER?
Yes as long as our rod is exclusively of a 12Vv motor and not a 24v.
Yes, as soon as we attach our rod to their motor.
Warning! The pulse rods of other manufacturers cannot be used with or attached to our motors.
There is no difference in their efficiency. You may choose a 12V motor pulse rod harvester if you have another manufacturer’s rod and you wish to have them work simultaneously. It is only our 12V motor machine that synchronizes with the speed regulator controllers of other manufacturers.
